You can print the LR-RR number and the vehicle number in the invoice, especially when movement of goods is involved. Ensure to set the option Enable supplementary details? to Yes in the F12: Configure of the voucher.
To enter and print the LR-RR number and the vehicle number on the invoice
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounting Vouchers > F8: Sales .
2. Select the party ledger and enter the LR-RR No. and Motor Vehicle No. in the Despatch Details of the Party Details screen.
3. Enter the invoice details, and click P : Print .
Note : Ensure the option Print despatch details? is enabled in the F12: Configure of the Voucher Printing screen.
Alternatively, you can enter the LR-RR number and the vehicle number in the Statutory Details screen of the sales voucher.
