Reminder Letter Printing Configuration

The reminder letters feature in Tally.ERP 9 can be used to send the outstandings reports or other reports to users in the form of letter.

1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12 Configuration > Printing > Reminder Letters . The Reminder Letter Printing Configuration screen appears as shown below:

2. Set the option Print company logo? to Yes if you want to print your company logo in the reminder letters.

3. Enter the required measurement for the margins in the letters.

4. Enter other details, if required.

5. Press Ctrl+A to save.
