On exporting data to the e-VAT annexure templates, the values in the column Tax are captured with 2 decimal places. On clicking Convert to XML in the template, the template recalculates the tax amount and increases the decimal places from 2 to 4. Hence, the validation error is displayed.
To resolve this error and validate the transactions
1. In the Number tab of the ribbon command of the template, click Decrease Decimals twice to decrease the decimal places from 4 to 2.
2. Click Convert to XML .
The template gets successfully validated.
