Upgrade to Release 6.4.1 or later to prevent this error.
This error occurs when Tally data files are currently being read by an anti virus software. This may also occur when Tally data files are accessed from a shared network and offline files feature is enabled in the computer where Tally data exists and/or the computer which is accessing Tally data.
