This error message appears due to the presence of .tsf files in the data folder.
The error message appears as shown below:
To resolve the error message while loading a company
1. Backup your company data.
2. Remove the files with extension *.TSF from the company data folder.
3. Press Ctrl + Alt + R on the Gateway of Tally screen to perform a rewrite.
4. If the error exists, perform Zero Command Rewrite.
Procedure of Zero Command rewrite
1. Go to Start > Run > Type '<Tally exe file path> (give space) <Data path> (give space) 0' > Enter. For Example: ‘C:Tally.ERP 9Tally.exe Data 0’
2. Tally.ERP 9 will open, press Ctrl+Alt+R from the company info screen
3. Select the company to rewrite from the List of Companies
4. Select Yes in the ‘Re-write? Yes or No’ screen
5. Complete re-writing the company and check the data .
