Accessing User Account in Support Centre

You can have more than one user account under a registered user ID.

To access any one of the multiple accounts in Support Centre

1.    Go to Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally > Support Centre.

2.    Click L: Login to log in to your Tally.NET user ID.

o     Enter Your E-mail ID.

o     Enter Your Tally.NET Password.

The Remote Tally.NET User Login screen appears as shown below:

o     Select the user account.

o     Press Enter to view the Support Centre.

The Support Centre of the selected Account ID appears as shown below:
