An authorised user can create security levels from the Control Centre and assign the access rights to the users within the account.
For example, a data entry operator could create masters, view trial balance, final accounts, ratio analysis or delete essential information, and so on.
Security control is defined on the basis of the work profile of an employee. The administrator has all the access rights to the system, whereas the employees are given the access rights based on their work profile or requirements.
To create a security level from the Control Centre
1. Go to the Gateway of Tally > Control Centre > User Management.
