You can change the e-mail ID of the account administrator from the Control Centre.
To change the e-mail ID of the account administrator
1. Log in to Control Centre.
2. Enter the e-mail ID and Tally.NET password of the administrator.
3. Click C: Change Account Admin in the Control Centre screen. The Change Account Admin screen appears as shown below:
4. Enter the old account administrator ID.
5. Enter the new account administrator ID.
6. Press Enter to save.
The new account administrator ID is created, and is listed in the User Management screen.
Note: The new account administrators ID can be created by the existing account administrator ID only.
