The Job Work Analysis report displays details of multiple jobs in a single report. The details are viewed in different columns for comparison.
To view multiple Job/projects
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statement of Inventory > Job Work Analysis .
2. Click N :Auto Column .
3. Select the parameters, as required.
The Comparative Job Work Analysis report appears as shown:
To view another project for comparison
1. Click A : Alter Column . The Select Columns screen appears as shown below:
2. Select the Job/Project to be compared in the field Name of Cost Centre .
Job Work Analysis report appears as shown below:
3. Press F4 to select another Job/Project .
4. Select the Job/Project .
5. Press Enter to go to the Job Work Analysis report.
Note: You can drill down to the voucher level to view the break up of the job/project.
