Accessing Support Centre Locally

You can access Support Centre locally from your system.

To access Support Centre locally

1.     Go to Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally > Support Centre.

The Support Centre screen is displayed as shown below:

2.     Press Esc or Ctrl+Q to exit Support Centre.

Note: In case you have logged in to Support Centre from Gateway of Tally, i.e., after having selected a company by providing the User Name and Password, the Support Centre will displays the User Name on top right of the screen, as shown in the above image.

In case you have logged in to Support Centre from the Company Info. menu, the User Name will not be displayed in the top right part of the screen.

Issues posted on the current date are in blue. The Support Centre screen is blank for a newly activated Tally.ERP 9 license.
