The Employee Head Count report displays the details of the available Employees during each month. It also displays the total pay out for each month under the head of salaries.
To view the Employee Head Count report
● Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Payroll Reports > Statements of Payroll > Employee Head Count.
The above report displays the Head Count details such Opening Balance of employees, newly joined in the month, resigned or retired in the month and Closing Balance. It also shows the monthly breakup of Earnings, Deductions and Nett Salary paid to the employees.
