Nature of Payment report displays TDS Outstandings based on the Nature of Payment for Deductee Types with Total Pending amount.
To View Nature of Payment TDS Outstandings
Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statutory Reports > TDS Reports > Outstandings > Nature of Payment
Nature of Payment TDS Outstandings report can be viewed for all the Nature of Payments or for one Nature of Payment.
Select All Items to view Nature of Payment TDS Outstandings for all the Nature of Payments
The TDS Nature of Payment Outstandings report appears as shown
Nature of Payment: Displays the Name of the Nature of Payment for which the TDS deducted, is pending for payment.
Company: Displays the pending amount of Deductee Type - Company
Non Company: Displays the pending amount of Deductee Type - Non Company
Total Amount: Displays the Total pending amount that needs to be paid to the Government.
Select One Item to view Nature of Payment TDS Outstandings for a particular Nature of Payment
From the List of TDS Nature of Payments select Commission Or Brokerage
The TDS Nature of Payment Outstandings report appears as shown
Date: Date of entry as entered in the Payment/Journal/Purchase voucher
Ref No: The Reference number of the voucher
Party’s Name: Displays the name of parties from whom the TDS deducted, is pending for payment.
Opening Amount: Displays the opening amount of TDS
Pending Amount: Displays the pending amount that needs to be paid to the Government.
Due on: The last date for the payment (Due date).
Overdue Days: The number of days passed from the Due Date of payment
