To view the Output Tax report for Service Tax Ledgers,
Go to Gateway of Tally > Audit & Compliance > 44AB Audit > Service Tax
Select Output Tax and press Enter
The report by default displays the Service Tax Ledger wise summary of Service Tax details.
Particulars: Name of the Service Tax Ledgers.
Billed Value: The Sales value, Assessable value and Service Tax amount, calculated based on the Invoice.
Sale Value: This column displays the total Sales Value for the respective Service Tax Ledger for the given period.
Assessable Value: This column displays the total Sales Value for the respective Service Tax Ledger for the given period which is subjected to Service Tax.
Tax Value: This column displays the Service Tax amount to be paid for the respective services provided during the given year.
Realised Value: The assessable value and Service Tax payable based on the amount received.
Assessable Value: The total realised Sales Value for the respective Service Tax Ledger for the given period which is subjected to Service Tax.
Tax Value: This column displays the realised Service Tax amount to be paid for the respective services provided during the given year.
Audit Status: The number of Audited, Unaudited and Total Vouchers.
Click on F2: Period button or press F2 to change the period.
Click on F5: Input Credit button or press Alt+F5 keys to view the Input Credit screen for the Available Service Tax Credit.
Click on F6: Payment button or press F6 key view the Monthly Summary for the Service tax Payments.
Click on F7: Show Pending button or press F7 key view the Output Tax report for Unaudited Vouchers alone.

Click on F12: Configure button or press F12 Key to Hide/Show the Audit Status.
The user can press Enter on the required Ledgers to view the detailed report on Service Tax Payable for the respective Ledger.
