TDS Summary for Deducted but not Paid

The Deducted but not Paid - Expenses Summary displays the details of the expenses for which the TDS amount is deducted while making the payments to the Party but the amount is not paid to the Government.

To view the Deducted but not Paid report,

Go to Gateway of Tally > Audit & Compliance > 44AB Audit > Tax Deducted at Source > Deducted but not Paid

The above report gives an expense-wise breakup of Assessable Value and Tax Amount which was supposed to be paid along with the Audit Status. The description of each field is as shown:

  • Particulars: Displays the Name of the Expense Ledgers for which the Tax is not Paid.

  • Assessable Value: Displays the total value considered for TDS calculation.

  • Tax Amount: Displays the Tax Amount which was supposed to be paid for the respective expenses.

  • Audit Status: Displays the Number of available TDS Bills for each Expense which are Audited and Unaudited along with the Total count.

The user can press Enter on any Expense Ledger to view the respective TDS Bills.

F4: Party

To view the Paid Late - Party Summary,

  • Press Alt+F4 or Click on F4: Party

The Deducted but not Paid - Party Summary report displays the Party-wise Assessable Value, Tax Amount payable and Audit Status with the count of Unaudited and Audited entries.

The user can press Enter on any Party Ledger to view the respective TDS Bills.

F5: NOP

To view the Paid Late - Nature of Payment Summary,

  • Press Alt+F5 or Click on F5: Party

The Deducted but not Paid - Nature of Payment Summary report displays the Party-wise Assessable Value, Tax Amount payable and Audit Status with the Count of Unaudited and Audited entries.

The user can press Enter on any Nature of Payment to view the respective TDS Bills.
