The Deductible TDS Bills displays the details of the entries for which the TDS was not deducted along with the other related information.
To view the Expense wise Deductible TDS Bills,
Go to Gateway of Tally > Audit & Compliance > 44AB Audit > Tax Deducted at Source > Deductible
Note: To view the Party-wise or Nature of Payment-wise TDS Bills, drill down from the Party Summary or Nature of payment Summary respectively.
Select the required Expense Ledger and press Enter from Deductible - Expenses Summary screen
The TDS Bills screen displays the Bill Reference details for the TDS entries for the selected Expense. This report also displays the Nature of Payment, Assessable Value, estimated Tax Amount, Tax Rate and Audit details.
TDS Bills screen also shows the Other Status, which provides the necessary details to the Auditor to form his opinion for the given transaction.
Note: The Other Status provides the overall Status details for the respective TDS Bill.
The Other Status is displayed in Red colour to highlight the Exceptions.
The button options and other navigations for this screen are similar to the TDS Bills- Deducted on Time.
