To configure Receipts & Payments Account, Press F12: Configure.
The Receipts & Payments Account will be displayed in the Horizontal (default) form if the option Show Vertical Receipts & Payments? is set to No.
Set the option to Yes to display Receipts & Payments Account in the Vertical form.
The Vertical Form shows the Receipts and the Payments separately.
The Receipts & Payments Account will display the Opening and Closing balances of Cash/Bank Accounts on both sides (default), depending upon the Credit and Debit balances of the same if this option is set to No.
The Receipts and Payments Accounts screen with the option Show Nett Opening & Closing Balance only set to No, displays as shown:
Set this option to Yes to display the Nett Opening & Closing Balances as shown:
Note: This option can be set only for Horizontal Receipts & Payments Account.
When the option is set to No by default, the Receipts & Payments Account displays the balances of Ledgers on both the sides, based on the transaction types as shown:
Set the option to Yes to display the Nett balance for Ledgers, as shown:
The default Display Name Style set is Name. Select the required display style from the list to view the statement based on the selection made.
The report can be viewed with different scale factors by selecting the required ones from the list.
The report can be viewed in detailed mode with sub-groups expanded.
