Select Account

 

When your ID (user name) is linked to multiple accounts, you can select the required account from the list of User Accounts by using this option.

Go to Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally > Support Centre [Ctrl+H]

To select the account from the remotely logged in Support Centre screen:

  • Click S: Select Account or press Alt + S

  • The Select Account screen appears as shown displaying the User Accounts linked to your Account ID.

  • Select the required User Account

  • Press Enter to view  Support Centre of the selected User Account.

  • The Support Centre of the selected User Account is displayed as shown.
