To configure the system as client or server for synchronisation
Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Advanced Configuration.
The Advanced Configuration screen appears as shown below:
Configure your system as client or server, or both, using the option Tally is acting as.
Set the option Enable ODBC Server? to Yes for ODBC connectivity.
Specify the required port number (for example: 9000) in the Port field.
