The Trial Balance shows the flow of the accounts from opening balance to the effect of transactions on closing balance.
Select F12: Configure and set the parameters as shown below:
A Trial Balance can be shown with opening balance, transactions, and closing balance, or any one of these. Choosing transactions helps to restrict Net transaction (Net of Dr and Cr). Net transactions are useful while viewing group summary for expenditure groups/income groups.
