Cause

This message is displayed when,

a. G:Language is clicked and there is no internet connectivity.

b. Any language except English is chosen from the List of Languages, and there is no internet connectivity.

c. Ctrl + C (Helper button) is pressed on any stat master creation screen, and there is no internet connectivity.

Solution

Connect to internet and try again.

Tally.ERP 9 is running in educational mode. Use a valid license to complete this action.

Cause

This message is displayed when,

a. G: Language button is clicked when Tally.ERP 9 is in Educational Mode.

b. Ctrl+C: Helper button is clicked in any stat master creation screen when Tally.ERP 9 is in Educational Mode.

Solution

Activate/Reactivate License

A valid TSS is required to complete this action. Renew TSS and try again.

This message is displayed when,

a. G: Language is clicked, and TSS has expired.

b. Any language except English is chosen from the List of Languages, and TSS has expired.

c. Ctrl+C: Helper button is clicked in any stat master creation screen, and TSS has expired.

Renew TSS.
