Tally.ERP 9 provides a new capability known as the Support Centre, wherein you can directly post your queries on the functional and technical aspects Tally.ERP 9, Shoper and Tally.Developer.
The user can view all the support queries posted using in different modes, i.e., routed via the Support Centre by Email and telephone calls.
The Support Centre allows you to view queries for an activated license along with the Status i.e., Closed/ Pending and Ticket Summary. The report is viewed based on Date, Status and Location.
