Surrendering Licenses

You can surrender your Tally.ERP 9 license if you are:

  • Changing hardware or software in the system

  • Installing Tally.ERP 9 on another system

To surrender the license

  1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Licensing > Surrender License

  2. Click Yes when the message You are about to Surrender your License. Continue ? appears.

  3. Enter the e-mail ID and password in the Administrator Login screen, and press Enter.

A confirmation message is displayed once the license is successfully surrendered.

Note: If you are unable to surrender the license through Tally.ERP 9, try to surrender the license online, or contact TallyCare for further assistance.
