  Now, changing of godown when a purchase invoice is recalled through tracking numbers in a receipt note will not affect the Cost Price of the item.

• The Inward and Outward quantity were being displayed wrongly in the Stock Item Monthly Summary screen of Stock Summary report, resolved: When a credit note was recorded to capture the sales returns, the stock summary report for the particular month was displaying correct quantity for closing balance, but the Stock Item Monthly Summary screen in the report was displaying wrong quantity in Inwards and Outwards columns.

  Sales returns quantity is now not shown as a part of outwards, and does not get added to the Stock Item Monthly Summary report.

  In Group Company, consolidated values will now be displayed in Movement Analysis report for all formats.

  When the discount percentage is entered in Disc % column of purchase and sales invoice, the rate per unit, quantity and invoice value entered in the invoice will be retained and displayed in Stock Query report.

  Now, details of all additional cost if appropriated will be displayed in Movement Analysis and can be used to calculate effective cost of stock item.

• A provision is made to display godown and batch details in Movement Analysis report: The options Show Godown Details, Show Batch Details and Show Batch Mfg and Expiry Date are provided in F12: Configure of Item Voucher Analysis screen in Movement Analysis report. Enable these options to view godown name, batch number and manufacturing and expiry date of the stock item.

  On enabling these options the godown name and batch number will be displayed in new columns that will be added to the report. Manufacturing and Expiry date will be displayed in the Batch column on clicking F1: Detailed button. In case multiple batches are assigned to a stock item in a voucher, the report will display the stock item in multiple lines, one line for each batch number.

• Stock Group Analysis report was displaying ledgers from previous financial year, and not ledgers from current period when comparing two financial years, resolved: In Stock Group Analysis report under Movement Analysis, the By Ledgers mode report for two different parties created in different period was not displaying values for the party created in current period. This was occurring if the comparison periods did not overlap, and were restricted to different financial periods in which each ledger was created.

  Now, while comparing data for two different periods Stock Group Analysis report is displaying ledgers created in latter period in respective column along with previous period ledgers.
