This message is displayed when,

a. G:Language Button is clicked and there is no internet connectivity.

b. Any language except English is chosen from the List of Languages, and there is no internet connectivity.

c. Ctrl + C (Helper button) is pressed on any stat master creation screen, and there is no internet connectivity.

Solutions

Connect to internet and try again.

Cause

This message is displayed when,

a. G: Language button is clicked when Tally.ERP 9 is in Educational Mode.

b. Ctrl+C: Helper button is clicked in any stat master creation screen when Tally.ERP 9 is in Educational Mode.
