You can surrender your Tally.ERP 9 license if you are:
Changing hardware or software in the system
Installing Tally.ERP 9 on another system
To surrender the license
Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Licensing > Surrender License
Click Yes when the message You are about to Surrender your License. Continue ? appears.
Enter the e-mail ID and password in the Administrator Login screen, and press Enter.
A confirmation message is displayed once the license is successfully surrendered.
