This annexure displays invoice wise details of local purchase returns to registered VAT dealers. Every registered dealer should furnish the Purchase Return Annexure online before filing VAT 200A and VAT 200 return forms. This is a monthly return and has to be filed by the 20th of each subsequent month.
To view Purchase Returns Annexure
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statutory Reports > VAT > Form VAT 200.
2. Select Annexure Ready and press Enter.
3. Select Purchase Return Annexure and press Enter.

To export data to the Purchase Return Annexure template
1. Copy the Purchase_dtls_return excel template to the Tally.ERP 9 installation folder.
2. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statutory Reports > VAT > Form VAT 200.
3. Select Annexure Ready and press Enter.
4. Select Purchase Return Annexure and press Enter.
5. Click E: Export.
6. Press Enter to export.

Displays the Commodity Name predefined for the stock item selected in the purchase transaction. |
Total Value Including VAT in Rupees (6) |
Displays the total value of Purchases including excise purchases, direct and indirect expenses. Indirect expense ledgers in which VAT is selected as the Duty / Tax Type for the option Include in assessable value calculations for. Direct expense ledgers in which VAT is selected as the Duty / Tax Type for the option Include in assessable value calculations for. Purchases recorded by selecting Purchase Taxable, Purchase - Works Contract and Purchase Taxable - Capital Goods as the Nature of Transaction. To record purchase of capital goods 1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounting Vouchers > F9: Purchase 2. Press Ctrl+V to display voucher mode. 3. Enter the Supplier Invoice No. and Date. 4. Credit the party ledger. 5. Enter the amount. 6. Debit the Capital Goods ledger. If capital goods ledger is not displayed, click F12: Configure twice and set the option Allow expenses/fixed assets in purchase voucher to Yes and accept the configuration screens. 7. Enter the amount. 8. Debit the ledger grouped under Current Assets. 9. Enter Commodity Name, Commodity Code, Assessable Value, Rate and Original Amount in the Input Credit Details screen. 10. Press Ctrl+A to accept the Input Credit Details screen. 11. Press Ctrl+A to accept the purchase voucher. |
