You may need to surrender you Tally.ERP 9 license when you are:
● Changing the hardware or software in your system.
● Installing Tally.ERP 9 on another system.
You can surrender your license from the Tally.ERP 9 application itself.
To surrender the license
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Licensing > Surrender License.
2. Click Yes when the message You are about to Surrender your License. Continue? appears.
3. Enter the e-mail ID and password in the Administrator Login screen.
4. Press Enter.
A confirmation message is displayed once the license is successfully surrendered.
Note: If you are unable to surrender the license through Tally.ERP 9, try to surrender the license online, or contact Tally Care for further assistance.
