The advanced reorder and minimum order quantities are defined on the basis of dynamic consumption patterns.
To specify advanced reorder levels
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Inventory Info. > Reorder Levels.
2. Select the stock group under the Reorder Levels menu. The Simple Reorder Levels screen appears by default.
3. Click R: Adv Reorder to view advanced reorder levels. The Specify Reorder Levels screen appears as shown below:
4. Click M: Adv Min Qty to view the advanced minimum order quantities. The Specify Reorder Levels screen appears as shown below:
5. Enter the Reorder Quantity, as required.
Advanced configuration helps in the calculation of reorder level or order quantity based on total consumption recorded previously.
You can select the total consumption for various periods such as days, weeks, months, and years. Enter 0 if you do not wish to calculate the reorder level based on the consumption in the past.
You can choose whether the consumption is higher or lower.
