Configuring TSS Features

To configure TSS features in Tally.ERP 9, execute the following steps:

Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > F4: TSS Features. The TSS Features screen appears.

In the Connection Details section:

• Connect name: The user can enter a connect name for the Company to be connected as per his requirements or retain the company name mentioned in the Company Master.

• Name of contact person: Specify the name of the contact person

• Contact number: Specify the contact number

In the Configuration for Remote Access section:

• Allow company to connect: Set this option to Yes, when the user needs to establish a connection with the Tally.NET Server.

• Connect company on loading: Set this option to Yes, when the user requires the company to be connected to Tally.NET Server on loading the data.

• Press Enter to accept.

Note: It is mandatory to enable security controls in the Company Creation screen for TSS features to be available in Tally. If the security controls feature is not enabled, go to Company Alteration screen and enable it.
