On receiving a valid response from the Customer Centre or the Service Partner to the query raised, you can Close the issue or close the pending issues if required.
To close an Issue follow the steps shown:
Go to Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally > Support Centre
Select the Pending query that needs to be closed.
Click on C: Close or press Alt + C
The Status of the selected query is changed to Closed as shown:
Note: The Close button will be active only for Pending Issues only.
On receiving a satisfactory reply to the query raised, you can change the status to Closed.
When an issue with Pending status is Closed, the other issues linked to the same ticket number will also close automatically.
