Any transactions or masters is modified after saving the returns then you need to recompute the returns to have changes in the report.
To recompute
Go to Display > Statutory Reports > TDS reports > Form 26Q/27Q > F5: recompute > Click F7: Saved as revised or F6: Overwrite.
