Could not handshake with e-mail server
The hostname might contain a special character, or there might be a problem in e-mail connectivity.
● Ensure that special characters (such as ‘_ ‘, ‘-’, ‘#’) are removed from the hostname.
To get the hostname
1. Go to Command Prompt.
2. Type <hostname>.
3. Press Enter.
