To create a URD Purchase ledger:
Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info. > Ledgers > Create
Enter the Name of the ledger, for e.g., Purchase From URDs.
Select Purchase Accounts as the group name in the Under field.
Set Inventory values are affected to Yes.
Set the option Used In VAT Returns to Yes to display the VAT/Tax Class sub screen.
Select the VAT/Tax classification - Purchases - From Unregistered Dealers.
Press Enter to return to the Purchase from URD Ledger creation screen
Accept the purchase ledger.
