You can opt to view the queries in Detailed or in Condensed mode. These button are active only when you opt to view the list in Site wise or Status wise.
Go to Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally > Support Centre [Ctrl + H] > F1: Detailed/ Condensed
The Detailed Status wise report displays the list of queries based on the Status Filter (All/ Pending/ Closed) opted, as show:
The Condensed Status wise report displays only the count of queries based on the Status (All/ Pending/ Closed) opted, as shown below:
Note: You can use the F1 button to toggle between Detailed/ Condensed.
