The Tax Rate Setup tool is used to configure tax rates and excise tariffs of existing items. Using this tool, excise tariff rates can be set from the Excise Tariff Setup screen, and VAT rates from VAT Rate Setup.
This tool is available only when data created in releases prior to 5.0, is migrated to release 5.2 or later.
The Tax Rate Setup tool will not be displayed in the following cases:
● Company data created directly in release 5.0 or later.
● Companies with VAT and excise disabled.
● Companies with accounts-only information.
