●      C - Form Requisition report is provided, with the facility to export data to excel template prescribed by the department: The C - Form Requisition report is provided as an annexure in Form 1V report.

●      Form III report is provided, with the facility to export data to excel template prescribed by the department: Press Ctrl+E in Form III report to view the Export Report screen, and export the data to the excel template prescribed by the department.

●      Form 1V report is provided, with the facility to export data to excel template prescribed by the department: Press Ctrl+E in Form 1V report to view the Export Report screen, and export the data to the excel template prescribed by the department.
