Annexure I is required to be filed with Form 24Q in all four quarters.
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Payroll Reports > Statutory Reports > Income Tax > Returns > Annexure I to Form 24Q .
2. Specify the details as shown in the Print Configuration screen:
3. Press Enter to print Annexure I to Form 24Q.
Shown above is the Annexure I for the month of April 2011. Similarly, the Annexure I for May 2011 and June 2011 for that Quarter can also be printed.
4. Select the respective Quarter in the Print Configuration screen to print the Annexure I for the remaining months.
