Reset Your Tally.NET Password

If you have forgotten or lost your Tally.NET password, you can use the Reset Password option to set a new password. On receiving a request to reset the password, an e-mail containing a reset link is sent to your registered e-mail address.

1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Control Centre . The Remote Tally.NET User Login screen appears as shown below:

2. Click F5: Reset Pwd . The Reset Password screen appears as shown below:

3. Enter your registered e-mail ID. An e-mail containing the password reset link is sent to your e-mail ID.

4. Click the link in the e-mail. The Change My Password web page appears as shown below:

5. Enter the New Password .

6. Click Save .

Note: When you log in to Control Centre , Support Centre , Update License and Surrender License for the first time after creating the account, the Change My Password screen is displayed. To know more about how to change the password, see Change My Password .
