You can surrender your license from the Control Centre under any one of the following circumstances:
● The computer with Tally.ERP 9 installed has crashed.
● The hard disk was formatted without surrendering the license.
● License was surrendered offline.
To surrender the license from the Control Centre
1. Press Ctrl+K from Gateway of Tally to view the Remote Tally.NET User Login .
2. Enter the a ccount or site administrator e-mail ID and password to login to Control Centre .
3. Select the required Account .
4. Click L : Licensing and Configuration .
5. Click I : License Management to view the Licensing and Configuration screen.
6. Select the required Site for which the license has to be surrendered.
7. Set the Status as Surrendered , as shown below:
8. Press Enter to surrender the license.
