You can view employee names in different languages in the Pay Sheet report.
From Releases 4.9 to 5.1, when a language was changed, the Pay Sheet report was not displaying the employee names. From Release 5.2, the Pay Sheet report displays the employee names when a language is changed.
To display employee names in a different language
1. In Gateway of Tally, click G: Language.
2. Select the required language.
3. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Payroll Reports > Statement of Payroll > Pay Sheet.
4. Select the required employee categories and employee names.
The reports appear without the employee names.
To view employee names
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure.
2. Set Sorting method to employee number to Yes.
3. Press Ctrl+A to accept.
The reports appear with the employee names.
