Closing an Issue

You can close an issue once the response to a query is received from Support Centre of Tally, or if the issue has been resolved. You can also close any of the Pending Issues, if you wish to.

To close an issue

1. Go to Help > Support Centre and enter the Tally.NET login details.

2. Select the Pending query that needs to be closed.

3. Click C: Close provided in the buttons toolbar.

The Status of the query will change to Closed , as shown below:

Note: The Close button in the buttons toolbar will be active only for Pending Issues. You have to change the Status of an interaction for a query to Close , if you are satisfied with the response received from Tally Support. When an issue with Status as Pending is Closed , the other issues which are linked to the same ticket number will also get closed automatically.
