Dictionary Manager is installed along with the Tally.Developer 9 in the same folder. The base dictionaries with the strings in the Tally.ERP 9 application are also installed in the same folder viz. TallyBase.dci, TallyIntlBase.dci, and StatBase.dci.
Dictionary Manager can be launched in any of the following ways:
● As explained earlier it can be launched from the Tools menu of Tally.Developer 9 application.
● Directly executing the dctmgr.exe from the Tally.Developer 9 application folder.
Dictionary Manager uses the same license as Tally.Developer 9.
