No. Account TDLs cannot be disabled through customisation as it will lead to breach of security. The Account TDLs are configured to have a control on its usage.
If you want to know the list of Account TDLs that has been configured, Goto Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Products & Features . Press F1:Detailed to view the Account and Local TDLs.
