Linking of serial numbers cannot be done by the users. After an investigation the same has to be done by TDE desk .
To link Serial Number (Alpha/Beta/2.7)
1. Provide Serial number / Account ID in Account Search .
2. Go to Account / Site View .
3. Go to License Information .
4. Click Action .
5. Click Link Existing Serial .
6. Enter Old serial and provide appropriate remarks.
