Surrendering Tally.Developer9 license when System has crashed

When your system has crashed, you can surrender the license via web control.

To surrender the license via web control

1. Log on to www.tallysolutions.com.

2. Log in using Tally.NET account id and password.

3. Click Licensing and Configuration.

4. Click List of Licenses.

5. Select the Tally.Developer 9 Serial Number.

6. Click Action.

7. Select the option Surrender.
