To capture the invoice details of cash sales, and sales made to unregistered dealers, in Annexure RT001 - Box B-II, it is mandatory to provide the address details. While creating/altering these invoices, enter the address in the Address field of the Party Details screen, and then export the data to the template. The transactions will be captured in the output file.
If the address is predefined in the party ledger master of the unregistered dealer, the transaction details will be captured in this annexure.
