1. Security
โ Administrator can restrict usersโ right to export data/reports from Tally.Server 9.
โ Administrator can restrict users who have access rights to Tally.Server 9, from using the S: Manage Server option.
2. Tally.Server
โ Administrator can specify the data locations that can be accessed by a user. That is, when multiple data locations have been configured in Tally.Server 9, users will be able to view in the Server List only those data locations for which they have access.
Note : Access controls are based on Windows credentials/IP Address.
โ Now, all data end points, including hidden data locations, will be displayed for the administrator while scheduling auto backup.
3. Tally.Server Monitor
โ Users will be able to view Tally.Server 9 Monitor reports of only those companies that are a part of the data location(s) to which they have access.

1. Licensing & Deployment
โ In the Version tab of the Information Panel in Tally.Server 9, when the option to install the latest release was clicked, Tally.ERP 9 Install Wizard was opening.

โ In the Startup screen of Tally.Server 9, the complete list of License Servers was not being displayed when the option F2: License Server was clicked.

โ When the Test button was clicked in Tally.Server 9 installer for the IP and Port of Tally.ERP 9 License, the status was being displayed as Noย License, though Tally.ERP 9 was in licensed mode.

โ If the Tally.Server Name provided in the Installation Wizard exceeded 51 characters in length, the message Server Name should not exceed 51 characters was being displayed while saving the Tally.Server Configuration settings.
