The Tally.Server Service can be stopped or restarted from Windows Services.
To stop the Tally.Server Service

Click
Start
>
Run (Windows Key + R)
> type s
ervices.msc
or
Go to
Control Panel
> Administrative Tools
>
Services
The Services window appears.
● Scroll down to Tally.Server 9 in the list.
● To stop the service, click the Stop option on the left hand side.
Note : You can also Right-click on Tally.Server and select Stop.
