Tally Software Services (TSS) is a subscription for a collection of services that add great value to your TallyPrime by giving you the latest developments in technology and statutory laws.

Tally Virtual User (TVU)

Tally Virtual User (TVU) along with virtualisation technologies like RDP, RDS, and so on, allow you to access TallyPrime from anywhere, anytime. Generating and printing e-invoices is simple with TallyPrime’s connected services. Renew TSS

If your TSS has expired, then you need to renew it to enjoy the full benefits of TallyPrime. You can easily renew your TSS from our official website. However, TallyPrime also provides timely notifications about the latest releases and the validity of your TSS, which will help you work seamlessly. If you have missed or snoozed the notification, then don’t worry. You can always check the validity of your TSS and find more about the latest release by going to the Manage License and Product Update screens, which will guide you to the Tally website.

You can renew your TSS either directly from the Tally website or from the product. Your serial number will be pre-filled if you have opened the website from TallyPrime.

Renew TSS from Gateway of Tally

Whenever it is time for TSS renewal, the Manage TSS Renewal button will appear on the Gateway of Tally. After clicking this button, you will find options to either renew your TSS right away or snooze this notification, depending on the validity of your TSS. You will also find other options related to upgrade and download.

1. Go to Gateway of Tally. You can find the Manage TSS Renewal button on the right panel.
   
2. Press R (Manage TSS Renewal) to proceed. You will see the following (or a similar) screen, based on the validity of your TSS. Head over to the Manage TSS Renewal section to know more.
   
3. Press R (Renew TSS). The Tally website will open, where you can complete TSS renewal.

Manage TSS Renewal

Whenever it is time for TSS renewal, the Manage TSS Renewal button will appear on the Gateway of Tally. After clicking this button, you will find options to either renew your TSS right away or snooze this notification. You will also find other options related to upgrade and download.

Depending on the validity of your TSS, you might see one of the following screens:

1. Your TSS has expired but is eligible for this release:
   
   

   1. Snooze Until Next Release: This button will hide the notification until the next release is available. If you are not interested in upgrading to the new release, then you can always check out our next release.
   2. Remind Me After 7 Days: This button will hide the notification for now, and remind you again after 7 days. 
   3. Renew TSS: This button will lead you to the TSS Renewal page of our official website, where you can select the required edition (Silver or Gold) and easily renew your TSS. Refer to the Renew TSS from Website section to know more. 

2. Your TSS is about to expire but eligible for this release:
   

   1. Snooze Until Next Release: This button will hide the notification until the next release is available. If you are not interested in upgrading to the new release, then you can always check out our next release.
      
   2. Remind Me After 7 Days: This button will hide the notification for now, and remind you again after 7 days. 
   3. Renew TSS: This button will lead you to the TSS Renewal page of our official website, where you can select the required edition (Silver or Gold) and easily renew your TSS. Refer to the Renew TSS from Website section to know more. 

3. Your TSS has expired and is ineligible for this release:
   
   

   1. Snooze Until Next Release: This button will hide the notification until the next release is available. If you are not interested in upgrading to the new release, then you can always check out our next release.
      
   2. Remind Me After 7 Days: This button will hide the notification for now, and remind you again after 7 days.
   3. Renew TSS: This button will lead you to the TSS Renewal page of our official website, where you can select the required edition (Silver or Gold) and easily renew your TSS. Refer to the Renew TSS from Website section to know more.
      

Renew TSS from Manage License screen

1. Press F1 (Help) > Settings > License > Manage License.
2. Press F9 (Renew TSS). The Tally website will open, where you can complete TSS renewal.

Renew TSS from Website

1. Click Products > Services > Tally Software Service.
   
   
2. Scroll down the page. You will find the Renew buttons under the SILVER and GOLD tabs.
   
   
3. Select the Renew button under the required tab.
   
4. Enter the relevant details, and proceed to payment. The serial number will be pre-filled if you have opened the website from TallyPrime.
   
   You will receive a confirmation message. You can view the TSS details in the Manage License screen or the About page.
