This message is displayed if the data that you are backing up is damaged.
- Open the TallyPrime data folder, and copy the company folder to a different location. For example, if your data folder is D:\TallyPrime\data\10001, then copy 10001 to a different location.
- Open the company folder in the TallyPrime data folder, and compare the sizes of the files Company.900
and CmpSave.900. If there is a difference in size, then:
- Repair the data.
